We have been following up with Kaff service support team since months. First, they showed up after 3 weeks and without fixing the issue, they got the form signed by my mother with force. They spoke with her in a rude manner. She is not exposed to such behavior.
I was shocked to learn this about Kaff. I would advise everyone not to buy Kaff. These people just know how to take money and don't pay any heed to your requests and complaints. Since then they haven't shown up, even after multiple follow-ups.
I have so many appliances from different groups and Kaff should be asashmed to know that Kaff is the worst service providers I ever encountered. Not listening at all. We are now thinking to throw our just now purchased chimney.
Sigh!
