My Kaff Opc-60 chimney is out of warranty, though it is a recent model. I requested KAFF for changing filters as they had become worn out during regular maintenance. But even after repeated phone calls/ reminders they could not change the filters. their answer is always "we are looking into it and will inform you very soon".
These people give very rosy advertisement only to trap customers. while buying products, please note that you will be left in trouble by these companies.
