I purchased the chimney on 28th Nov, 2015. The chimney stpped working on 17th Nov, 2016 and the technician came and took the switch PCB for repair. I am living in Ranchi, capital of Jharkhand; the technician told me that the pcb will be sent to Gurgaon for repair and it will take max 20 days. It was under warranty.
20 days passed, I kept calling them and no proper reply. Then on 19th December, Gurgaon Office told that they've dispatched it. And it made to Ranchi on 29th December. And the technician finally repaired my chimney on 31st Dec, 10 AM.
Technician told that Switch PCB generally faces problem. Irony is if it is so susceptible to problem, then why don't the company provides it with the service centers.
In one and a half month my new kitchen was spoiled badly. I recommend do not buy from KAFF because they have pathetic service,
