Worst products and very very very worst service. Review on Kaff 60cm OPEC - 60 Chimney

Hi All,

I bought Kaff Chimney and it stopped working just after a year.Such a worst product.

I called customer care to repair it.In my first complain the technician came and said that the mother board needs to replaced and he will come again. But he never came back again.

I waited him for one and half months.I had not saved his number so not able to call back him.

After that I gave again fresh complain. The technician came and took the mother board with him and said that he will come after a week but not turned up. I called the customer care repeatedly and they said it will take one more week. After a week again they said next Monday sir. Again I called them I again they said next Monday. Now so many Monday passed and these people not coming.I become tired of calling them. What should I do?

Please help.
