This is about a very bad experience which I had last year while travelling to Airavat KSRTC bus from Pune to Bangalore. I booked my ticket online and paid through my credit card but somehow the money got deducted from my account but due to some internet connectivity issue my ticket did not book. I tried again and this time the ticket booked. I thought the money will be refunded in my account in 2-3 days so I did not make any complain but after 3 days I got worried and contacted them. The team KSRTC said that they have no booking in my name and hence no money will be refunded. I got angry and sent a mail with screenshot but nothing happened.
They have this sarkari attitude and do not listen to their customers. I somehow got my money back after one month of struggle and decided never to travel with them.
Buses are nice but somehow costly. Staff is very unprofessional. They were not stopping bus for a old lady near to her home. Overall not a nice operator.
