They downgraded the travel from ac sleeper to non ac seater saying the bus had been canceled without any refund.
The worst part is the bus was never canceled. Thought kpn was gud.but never gonna use it again. The bus too was old with damaged seats . The driver is the biggest Ahle. Never go kpn., Ahles they are.
