I admitted my son Master G Soumith with in Patient No P225193 on 28 Dec 2015 and was discharged on 02 Jan 2016. In spite of pre notice to the PC on 01 Jan'16 that discharge will be done on 02 Jan and handed over file to him at around 11 AM he has wasted all the time and sent the file to Kims insurance department after 5 pm and just skipped. Kims insurance department sent message and bill final approval bill to TPA FHPL and got approval at 8.30 pm.
This is the way this people work waste whole day inspite of several follow up to discharge patients. Patients who have to go a distance places have to wait and suffer just for discharge process inspite of all treatment had been completed.
