No proper information will be shared like when the surgery will start, what time patient will be shifted to room/ward.No clarity among the staff members regarding the visiting hours.the rules will vary from staff to staff depending on their mood. Didn't find single staff who clearly speaks Hindi/English. Very difficult to manage if you do not know or understand Telugu.Was not expecting this kind of service from a multi speciality hospital like this which claims to be one of the renowned hospital in Hyderabad.I even asked for a complaint? form, surprisingly they do not have any.
