When someone chooses to visit a corporate hospital, the expectations are very high, especially when it comes to patient care. I have had the worst experience at KIMS and am surprised at the turnout at this hospital. They loot people, especially the uneducated and poor, with unnecessary procedures and medical treatments, and no one is ready to explain clearly about the patient's real condition.
I went for a dermatology treatment, and on every visit I met with surprise. in the form of high bills. Staff are uninformed and have no idea what information patients really need. No one is willing to help. And most of all, the worst part is that the hospital is so unorganized, they expect the patients to do self service. The path labs and pharmacies are in one block and the doctors are in some other block. If you miss a medicine, you(the patient) has to run around to the other block, wait for half an hour, get medicines and run back to the doctor again.
Except for minting money, they do not have any other philosophy, please do not go to this hospital ever. Hyderabad has many good corporate hospitals with equal or better facilities, and most importantly, have some patient care in place.
