Dont join in KALS Information Systems . this KALS Information System is a blacklisted company. maximum Indian MNC's they wont consider your profile if u put that company in Resume.
And the most worst thing in the company is 3 month's notice period .and even after serving 3 month's notice period sometimes they will ask us to server 4 months also. if u ar not serving the notice period
They will give some worst feed back ex:- "We are strongly recommending that dont join in your organization"

I am strongly telling dont prefer to join in KALS Information . once u joined ur career will spoil.
if u as their in that company for one year they will send malaysia but even if u go to malaysia they will give 2000 rigates( Indian money : 23000) for 3years experience candidates .its very horrible to adjust money .
