I usually don't write reviews because no service has disappointed me so much.
But today I was way more than disappointed.
To start off with, I was very sick and I needed Medical assistance as soon as possible which is why I went to Justice K S Hegde Charitable Hospital - Deralekatte.
When I walked into the hospital there was no one to guide or assist mentioning where the CASUALTY was and what the procedure was, further.
When a friend of mine finally managed to find the CASUALTY, the watchman very rudely asked where were we going.
When we mentioned the casualty, he then walked away.
On reaching the casualty, again there was no one to assist us, for that matter they weren't even ready to assign a bed to me when I couldn't even stand.
I, then went to the waiting room and took a seat .
We were then sent to the OPD section(General physician) where we were again asked to go to the Casualty.
After all the walking around, they sent me to the blood sample testing chamber.
After waiting for an hour when we again went back to the Casualty, the staff there was very uninterested in providing with the 2 medications prescribed by the doctor(Intern) in the OPD.
The nurse who then came to give the injection, acted very very mean. She didn't even know how to give an injection and she kept pricking with the injection needle over and over again, which hurts now.
She asked people who accompanied me to leave and kept staring.
She had a very disgusting attitude towards me atleast, I don't know about the other patients.
At the end of everything, neither did any one come to check again nor a single doctor was sent to verify the test report and to state what has to be done post the pathetic treatment they gave.
On a scale of 1-10 I would think twice before giving a 1 too!
I'd suggest, please do not visit this hospital and waste your time and money.
FYI, even the washrooms were locked after 5pm.
