Hi my membership number is M174805. First of all there toll free number there is no response. Second they take lot of time to supply ordered books say if you pay Rs.1800/- for three months, hardly you can read 10 books for their supply speed, even if you are fast reader. This would mean Rs.180/- which you can buy yourself and read and donate after reading.
Third no body is there to reply your emails, god knows how to contact them. Probably you have to go physically to their library even if you ordered for home dlivery!
