I used to eat food from Jumbo King outlets as it is easy to carry with you. There is an outlet near our office in Chincholi Bunder Road near mindspace in Malad West. This is an outlet I frequentedI used to like the food, but the staff in the outlet where never friendly.I bought a Cholle Jumbo King from this outlet one day.Halfway through I found dead bug inside the Pav. I informed the staff about this and asked for refund. After seeing a dead bug in my food I was not in a mood to have food from there. But the staff member instead of apologizing for their quality issue, insisting to have something else from there and didn’t agree to refund. They even didn’t have the sense to accept that it is not Fan or TV to replace with a fresh item. How can someone eat food from there if you was just luckily missed chewing a dead bug?I felt very bad about the experience of seeing a bug in my food and more than that insisting to eat again from there!
