I received a bottle of Jovan Musk in 2001 from a cousin of mine. It was bought in the USA, so I don't know the price. It comes in a clear cylindrical glass bottle, with a no-frills cap.
It is the best fragrance I have used till date. The freshness lingers for about 6-8 hours even in very sweaty conditions. The clothes smell great even after washing. The only problem is that it will leave a stain if sprayed from too close.
The best part is that it contains certain enzymes which mix with your sweat to create a very individual fragrance. I have always been noticed, whenever I wore it, whether at office or at parties.
Unfortunately, the markets in India are flooded with cheap duplicates. A duplicate bottle can be had for as little as 90 rupees. It is very difficult to get the original.
If you get an original, buy it! It's worth it... and your mate will love it!
