Library with a difference. Review on Joining Local Book Clubs / Libraries

I totally agree that one must make reading a part of the routine. This habit must be inculcated right from the beginning. What better way, than joining a local library. I was looking for a Library which had all kind of books, fiction, best sellers, Indian authors, self help etc.

Also the library should be flexible in terms of the number of books you borrow and the date of return. Finally I found the Library, that suited my requirement. It is called 'Leisure Hours' on Airport Road, Bangalore. They have a good collection of books to select from. You can return the books within a month and take upto 4-5 books at a time. You also have a scheme where you pay a initial deposit of Rs 500 and each time you borrow a book, this borrowing cost is reduced from the 500, so it saves you the hassle of paying the change each time.

The Library works 10 am to 10pm , 7 days a week, so you have have the flexibility to go any time. I am glad I found this library, now I can resume my habit of reading. Would strongly recommend it to people in this area. They have branches in other parts of Bangalore also.
