I and my family have been using J&J products since years, but since one month my baby is suffering from skin rashes on face, hands and legs.  We have been using J&J baby care kit which has talc, shampoo, soap, shampoo, cream, etc. Last  week when my wife took my baby to doctor and showed the rashes, Doctor advised to stop using J&J products as there were many skin problem reported recently among those using J&J products, we confirmed the same from some our friends and relatives with babies. I inquired with some chemists and they too said the same thing.

I would like to know if anyone is facing the same issue with J&J baby care products.

I have purchased products from various medical shops in Hyderabad and Udaipur(Raj).

I am trying to find some direct contact info of J&J  via www.jnjbaby.rediff.com  and some other JnJ sites, but all have contact info as just a postal address of JnJ Bombay office.
