It is about 2 brother, Sanju (Aamir) and Rathan (Mamik) who is studying in Model College. Model college is for the poor people who runs small cafe and They have a rival college Rajputs who is sons of Rich and who is always very good in sports and studies. They always have cycling race where Shekar (Deepak Tijori) of Rajput always wins Model college. And Rathan’s father always dreamed his son beats Rajputs.

Sanju is a very naughty and lazy boy who always cheated in his exams who was always helped by his childhood friend
Anjali (Aysha Julka) who also love him, but she never told him. And Sanju falls in love with Devika (Pooja Bedi)and tells her that he is coming from Rich family. But soon Devika comes to know that Sanju is from Poor family and studying in Model school and leaves him and join Shekar.
This makes Sanju more angry with Shekar and fights and breaks his friends head. Rathan advice Sanju not to fight with Shekar and hearing this Sanju fights with Rathan and leaves the house angrly.

While Rathan goes for cycling, Shekar and his friends attack Rathan and push him down from the mountain.
A passerby takes Rathan to the hospital. Sanju realise
his mistake and feels sorry for his brother who cannot participate in the cycling race and make up his mind to
win the cycling race for his father and brother. One day Shekhar comes to see Rathan and threaten him for closing his mouth about the accident. That time Kalpana Rathan’s girl friend enters and comes to know about everything.

One day when Kalpana tells the truth to Anjali, Sanju also hears it and leaves the house to hit Shekar, Rathan advices him that he can beat Shekhar in the race not by hitting him will make any good. So Sanju starts training very badly and at the process he also comes to know that he also in Love with Anjali and tells her how he feel about her.

The Race begins, everyone are very eagar to know who will win Sanju or Shekar. Sanju wins the cup and proves to everyone that Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar.

Everyone have done good performance. The film is very well pictured, the scenes of the training, race and scenes bet Rathan and Sanju is the highlight.

The Music by Jatin Lalit is very good. The lyrics by Majrooh Sultanpuri is excellent.

Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar is the real winner !!!
