I came to know about JNI when I visited one of my relatives in Jindal Nagar. We went to see the Health Museum and took a tour of the place. I learnt so much info about my body when I visited the Health Museum!
This basic information about health got me enthused about health in general, and I started focusing on my own health. I learnt about food changes that could regulate blood pressure and sugar. I also came to know about drugless therapies and the danger of medicines .I have a chronic BP condition and it sometimes shoots to alarmingly high rates.
I take regular medication and even then sometimes it doesn’t help. Thought of getting treatment at JNI and was astounded to learn that one had to wait a long while to get into their treatment program. My wife was really particular about this and hence I enlisted for the program. I had a good time there though the initial days were a little unusual, and hence a bit trying. However, their food is amazing, though different for after all, as they say, you are there for health, not taste.
Those have immense health benefits. It’s been a year since I took the treatment and I have been able to have good results. Though sticking to the regimen is indeed a bit tough and sometimes I let go, but overally, I still maintain what I was taught there, with great result.
