I stayed at Jindal Nature Care Institute 3 months back for about a week. I have a chronic diabetes condition and I had recently developed back problems as well. Had to wait for a while to get admitted to the program though! However, the treatment and therapy was pretty good. I got to know about foods that help manage diabetes and what sort of care I should give to my feet to prevent the diabetic nerve problem(really useful stuff and quite simple too). The Yoga sessions are helpful for pain relief and I am practising them at home even now. The diet part though is very strict and practising it at home is very tough; this is perhaps why there are many repeaters!
One word more, - The Health Museum there is amazing. It’s a low- profile store-house of information that touches upon every aspect of health and teaches the ideal approach to life with wonderful exhibits.
I do not know why Jindal does not actively advertise it, and not fix a ticket so that people know the value of it!
Altogether a good experience; Since the waiting period is long, I wish were more hospital like this one in every state, if not in every district of India. The Government should do something about it for the system is ours.
