Had a really good relief at JNI for my migraines which is why I wish to write a review here. Though they have a long drawn admission process and wait, they are really good. I have been suffering from migraines from a long time now and I had to have injections when it got really bad. Certain smells and food items triggered my migraine and I was careful to avoid those all along. However, I hadn’t realized that stress too had an impact. At JNI, I got various therapies like oil, kairali, vibro, hot stone, etc., all are gems and helped me a lot as did the Yoga and exercise. It is true that once out of JNI, it is difficult to keep up that sort of a regime in toto, but if you can manage to stick to at least 50% of it, it will surely help your condition. I would recommend it to patients with other chronic conditions too.
