I have been into natural cures and remedies for a long time now as my mom used to follow the same. I have been a stickler for yoga too but I wasn’t able to get about much with my sciatica. I had heard of Jindal Naturecure Institute from friends and had visited their health museum too. I went there for treating my sciatica. It was a lil’ easy for me as compared to others to follow a strict diet and exercise regimen. The massage, hydrotherapy and other manipulative therapies were very helpful when it came to pain management. Though my sciatica acts up now and again, I am able to manage it much better with their system of exercise, diet, yoga and therapies. I however do wish that they open more centres and also focus on reducing the waiting time!
