Acid reflux and ulcer had been a problem for me since my early adult years. Though some people don’t understand the severity of the problem, for me it is quite persistent and causes constant pain and sometimes even embarrassment. Antacids and other medicines had stopped working for me and I was desperately in need for something that would work as my coughs and heart burns were becoming unmanageable. I will admit here that I wasn’t a fan of naturopathy and my family had to compel me to give it a try. I found the regimen at JNI very hard and didn’t like the program for the first week as the diet was very different and they insist on a strict exercise and diet discipline which isn’t my strong point! However, their treatment does work as they find the root cause of the problems and once I saw results, I was a bit relieved and this helped with my treatment even better as stress is a major issue when it comes to peptic ulcers. I do wish that they would reduce the wait time though! I can cope much better with my problems now and have even recommended JNI to my family members for their health problems.
