I am 65 and had been suffering from age related arthritis for a long time now and pain killers can help relieve the pain only to an extent and they have side effects too. My doctors advised physical activity and dietary changes but I was not able to get much physical activity done due to my weight. My son recommended JNI to me after learning about it from his office circles. The long wait is a bit irritating but the therapy here is pretty good. I needed the push to lose weight and the exercises and Yoga coupled with prescribed diet, and excellent Physiotherapy and acupuncture, have helped with my knee joints to a great extent.
It is a common understanding that Arthritic patients cannot live without painkillers. Had I not come to JNI, I too would have suffered from this misconception life long, and further poisoned my body . Thank you JNI, thank you a lot.
