I have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis and steroids and muscle relaxants were my constant recourse. I was advised to exercise and minimize certain kinds of activity and my job nature is such that I must travel a bit and this doesn’t suit my condition at all! I got to know about Jindal Naturecure Institute from a friend in Jindal Nagar and thought of giving it a try as a last-ditch effort. Their aquatic exercises, yoga and manipulative therapies helped me a lot! In fact, I would recommend aquatic exercises(albeit in warm water) to people with arthritis as water’s buoyancy reduces the impact on exercise on your joints and you will be able to do exercises much better in water as compared to on other surfaces. To cut a long story short, I’m able to manage my pain and live a near normal life with swimming, exercises and diet regimen advised at Jindal Naturecure Insitute. Good place!
