I took Analytics for Beginners course in May 2016. As the name of the courser suggest, it teach you the basic of analytics.
I had prior knowledge about the analytics so I was able to understand the course easily. I paid around 8000 INR for the course, if you consider the price, duration and support provided by the Jigsaw team was not upto the mark.
The reason for this is, I am currently pursuing courses from Coursera and Udacity, there free courses are far more better as compared to online coursers offered by institutes like Jigsaw. Currently I am enrolled in there paid course and I really liked the way the instructor teach each and ever point which I saw was not up to the mark by Jigsaw.
The support team for Jigsaw sucks, they claim they provide 24x7 support I contacted them several times to report an issue and to complete the course but it took them 5 days to fix it. Also when I had query regarding the course, I called there support number and the lady who answered the call said the instructor is not available at the time. Seriously?
If you are promising 24X7 support then you should be able to answer my questions at the same time when I called in but that didn't happened. As I paid already for the course and had no other options to withdraw from the course in the middle so I completed the course. The course duration was 7 days, if you study regularly but it took almost 3 weeks for me to complete because of technical glitch in the website.
I was not expecting such kind of experience from institute like Jigsaw as they have partnered with GLIM and many other institute to offer Analytics course. I would recommended anyone who are planning to take a course from Jigsaw or from any online based learning website, please look at Coursera, Udacity and Udemy before enrolling.
