I travelled with my husband on 17th Jan08 by S2-266.to HYD from Blore. At the start in Blore , v were issued manual boarding pass after confusion due to names mismatch with PNR nos.Flight
was delayed as usual. When v landed in HYD. v get only one piece of luggage and one is MISSED!
Surya, person in charge , was inefficient in handling the issue. At 12 in the nite, no senior person was availableand Surya gave the Property Irregularity report, stating luggage would come by Spice jet at 7am the next day and would be delivered by 11am.
Surya fails to answer the mobile on 18th and when on contacting the office, PAHAD -incharge person informs he is not AWARE of this issue and SURYA has not informed him. I wished to speak to the Manager but was told he is busy. No concern for the Passengers problems.
Jetlite failed to inform the status of baggage inspite of my Residential and mobile nos. given by me.U are totally irresponsible in saying it may come by EVENING. The flight was half empty with negligible check in luggage. How few were loaded and the rest MISSED? My daughter, faced the same plight when she travelled from Blore to Ahemedabad. She had to shop , since the bag reached the next day!!!!! This shows how badly u organise ur flights and indeed a Black Mark
for ur Airlines.
I conclude that u as a Service Provider has failed in ur duty and the officers are a total failure. My baggage identification nos. were 548948 and 546950-3/2. I have got one. Hope the other recache safely witout any tampering and damage.
