I took Jet Lite flight from Bangalore to Delhi on 14/Dec/2007. The flight was suppose to leave at 9:30pm. But it was one hour late. I

have travelled on Air Sahara quite a number of times. That is before the merger. At that time the service was good. They use to serve proper meal( break fast, lunch, snacks or dinner). Assuming that they will serve food i did not had any thing before boarding the plane. In the air craft  was also old one. At dinner what they served was a Meal in the box.  Which contained a cup cake, a Veg puff, a small bottle of water , and a small cup of fresh lime. The bottle of water was warm as compare to Veg puff which they had served. The airhostess was very rude. If this kind of serve a customer will get then one should travel in Indigo. They are always on-time. Even they charge for the food in the plane, but atleast they have a smile on there face. The aircraft are new and the price is much less than Jet Lite. I will never ever recommend any of my friends to travel on Jet lite. if you want to save a bit on money then travel Indigo or if you want to send some more money then travel on Jet airways. I assume Jet airways is maintaining there standard. At the moment i am looking for a email address to whom i can send this mail.
