My son traveled by JetLite air lines Bangalore-Mumbai-Indore morning flight on 7 December. Right from the air port he faced Jet Lite’s mismanagement with poor sense of cooperation and behavior of Jet Lite’s personnel. I , after a long discussion with Jet Lite’s local (Indore) representative and having assurance of getting single boarding pass from Bangalore to Indore, booked a direct ticket for my son but at the air port  Jet Lite’s staff  have issued Boarding pass up to Mumbai only, and staff was so stubborn he did not even ready to talk with Indore people or higher officials.   Jet Lite’s staff tried to keep my son’s direct ticket too, which was letter returned after scolding by co- passengers. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes at Bangalore. He could then board the plane. After the flight was underway, he was surprised to see that they served frozen (no exaggeration!) veg hamburger, an impecunious pie cake and a expired lemon juice!  What a breakfast on a good (?) morning!!! ..Looking Jet Lite’s offers in Jet Lite’s site “Our Services - Meal in a Box”   he was assure for a good food so he even could not take any eatable with him!
At Mumbai Jet Lite’s in-flight staff strained my son to get down and get check-in again from airport here also interrupted by co- passengers and then one of staff could do their formalities. It was very surprising to him and after knowing it regretful to me  that they repeated the same pack of eatables once again when he  took off from Mumbai for Indore.  The flight attendants were just confused when he asked why they are serving again this chilled veg hamburgers and expired Lemon juice. One co- passenger noted the things in complaint book.
 I know even copying this story to Jet Lite’s feed back I won’t get any response because I have seen more reviews of this air lines  it seems Jet Lite’s management don’t have any concern for the feedbacks from the passengers.Or this farmer Sahara facing biased treatment as a management’s stratagy to receive complaint against their staff (ex-Sahara) for making a base to expel them ?
 I am searching also for some authority to which I should paste this review story, so they can take care or make the air lines management to take care of passengers’ concern.


          

I don’t think I will ever fly Jet Lite or advice any one to take this horrible experience.
