I booked a ticket from Air Sahar/Jet Lite on 2nd July (e ticket no 7052401546164), which was subsequently cancelled some four months
back.
All the transactions (booking and cancellation) were executed at Air Sahara counter at Patna Airport.
After at least five tele follow-ups (communicating the details of the ticket, my phone number and reimbursement request) there has been no reimbursement till now. Moreover I also had three communications through e-mail for the same but to no effect. I have been informed from the Patna Airport counter that during an office shift Air Sahara has been careless enough to misplace my details and so is the delay, even if that be the case to whom does the solution lies?
Does the service providers realise their responsibilities in this regard.
I think this is highly irresponsible on the part of Air Sahar and the attitude and lethargy of their system has been obnoxious as well as dishonest.
