I travelled by this airline recently from Delhi to Bangalore. The airline has only 3 check in counters in Delhi and the queues are a mile long. I had to wait for an hour and 10 minutes just to check in. Coupled with that their systems at the check in counter wasnt working adding to the wait. The flight was delayed by 3 hours. No customer service is available for this airline. Jet airways refuse to provide any information about the nature of the delay or the exact time for departure. The security check sign did not come on the main ticker board at the check in area even 20 minutes before the ’estimated departure time’ and had to use my own judgement to decide that it was time for the security check. Lastly in the security checked in area, the ticker boards showed the aircraft as ’boarding’ even though it wasnt boarding! The seat numbers allocated to passengers were not according to how the aircraft was and people had to find convenient seats. The food in the aircraft was just about palatable. All in all, do not fly this airline, because its nothing short of absolute madness.
