I had a HYD-DEL-HYD trip on jetlite last month and frankly it was the economical flight rates that attracted me to go for it . Since

i was having very less expectations regarding the services , therefore it was pretty satisfactory journey for me in that respect . But the shocker came when i came to encounter its PUNCUALITY . When i was going to Delhi it was about half an hour late but that was still ok as they were announcing  in advance that the flight will be late . And the staff and the services were fine , or i should say good .
But return journey came as a really unpleasant surprise for me and compelled me to share my experience with as many people as i can . Especially the ones who value for their time .
The flight was sceduled at 8.10 . Even the check in and boarding was on time but it was after sitting inside the plane that the passengers came to know whats happening . It was around 8.25 that i called up the  air hostess and asked that why we are not taking off for the journey . And i was told that 4 passengers are yet to come , so we are waiting for them . Surprised i asked that is that a provision in flights to wait for the passengers who are late . And the answer was its totally upon the Captain’s wish whether he wants to wait or not . Anyways , time kept on fleeting and people were getting frustrated . Of course the regular passengers of JETLITE were quite accustomed to the fact and remained  calm . At last it was about an hour later that the flight took off and i was late by more than an hour .
In a nutshell , the flight is quite satisfactory in terms of services but , if someone is looking for punctuality ,NEVER GO FOR JETLITE .
