I traveled BLR-DEL-BLR through JetLite recently and I must say that I wintnessed the most disorganized and unprofessional behavior . The Air Hostesses were rude and looked that they were doing the passangers a favor by serving them.
On my way to Delhi my direct flight suddenly changed to a hopping flight without any prior information. I was served the same breakfast twice and the quality of food was appalling. It took me 1 hour 15 minutes after landing at Delhi to get my luggage. It was exasperating. I decided to cancel by return ticket but the Customer Support that answered my call treated me like dirt, and was extremely rude.
On my way back to BLR, the flight was delayed by an hour again without any prior notice. I manged to get a windows seat becasue I didnt want to be disturbed through the journey but with delay came a changed plane and my windows seats were converted to aisle seats. When I asked why, the attendedant noded and said "too bad maam, we cant help it". The take-off and landing were so rough, that it almost seemed like the Pilots were novices. It was a bit of a death-ride
Im really annoyed with their behavior and will never make the mistake of flying with them again. I think Saharas service has further deteriorated after being bought over. IF Jet feels they want to revolutionize Sahara, they should just shut it down till they change the staff to cease this damage to passangers
