MONOPOLY ATTITUDE AND NEXUS WITH TRAVEL AGENTS.

--This is a beginning of an ugly monopoly, as a frequent traveler

(FPP COSMOS & JET PRIVILEGE MEMBER)
was in for a shock? Booked a ticket online thru there ticket agent &  channel CELEBRATION
INDIA HOLIDYAS, paid the FULL money in ADVANCE in NOV’2006, for an open
ticket which was validated for journey DELHI-PUNE19/8/07, BY PAYING THE TAXES.
Paid approx 3800/- for a Delhi-Pune
ticket, which is the regular price
available now for travel next week ALSO , I paid 6 mths in advance, the staff tells me that” L “class
,tickets are for staff, how come if the ticket agent cheats / frauds the
customer ,HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHAT UNHOLY NEXUS GOING ON??

 AIRLINE IS THE RESPONSIBLE as there REPUTATION
at Stake???? WHO Cares...ONLY MONEY MATTERS…?

Even the
plane flies, without any announcement as I had a boarding pass issued 1 hr
ago,   leaving me stranded at the
AIRPORT, inspite my family member HOSPITALIZED; THEY JUST SAY NO, REFUND NO ADJUSTMENT, FULL MONEY WASTED/forfeited.

Issues a): why customer to suffer if
cheating done by TRAVEL AGENT

            b) PAPER TICKET OF AIR SAHARA, EVERYBODY LOOKS WITH SUSPICIOUS

           C) AGENT MIGHT HAVE CHEATED 1000 OTHER PEOPLE
ALSO SIMILAR WAYS

I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS ISSUE WITH
ALL ONLINE REVIEW PORTALS , AND CREATE A BLOG FOR ALL UNFAIR PRACTICES DONE TO
ALL , AS THINGS WILL WORSEN WITH JET-JET LITE CLEARLY HAVING A MONOPOLY.

 WILL TAKE UP WITH DGCA, and all airport
authority concerned/////??? Just as an active citizen.
