On 17th of April, 2007 I was travelling from Mumbai to Guwahati and at the time of purchase of ticket it was told that the same air craft will proceed from Mumbai to Guwahati but at the time check in when
2 (two) boarding passes were given I enquired whether the same craft will go to Guwahti after reaching Kolkata the answer was yes but after reaching Kolkata I got the information that I have to recheck in after 3 hours. Meanwhile no one attended and the flight was delayed. I reached Kolkata by 11 and the next flight for Guwahati was scheduled by 3.30 p.m. The arilines did not bother to arrange for food or sitting arrangement as the Kolkata Air port is under repairs. Again while retiurning on 21st April, 2007 the same story was repeated but it exceeded the limit as the flight was late and no announcement for delay or scheduled time was annouanced. I reached Kolkata by about 3.30p.m and again I had to wait for 4 hours but I got the next flight at 8 p.m which means I had to wait for 5 and half hours without any look after by Airlines people. Generally when flight is delayed or late either evening teas, lunch or dinner is to be served but there was no one to even look after the passangers and finally I landed at 11 night to Mumbai.
So, my dear friends at the time of buying the tickets you must get is written on the ticket itself that the same flight will proceed to the destination for which ticket has been purchased otherwise, you have to suffer in the same masnner as I was made to suffer.
