I have had a chance to travel by Air sahara several times now and have had very nice experiences.the flights generally are not cancelled or rescheduled, fares are cheap especially if booked early and the air stewards are very helpful and polite.I would recommend this airline for a worth while travelling experince. Though we have airlines like jet but prices in Jet are comparably higher ,Sahara service is equally good and food is up to the mark. Though on one instance, i had the experience of the flight stewardesses not being able to manage very well and seemed to forget the needs of the passengers- the passengers were kept waiting for their food for almost 10 minutes before they reminded again and the non-veg trays were brought to them.
probably there is a need to train them some more on how to take care of the needs of the passesngers in which case Jet airways is extremely efficient, i must say.
the pilots though are a different story. every time i have flown, it has been a very smooth and easy takeoff and landing with a bit of chat in the middle to keep you aware of the places you are passing. i think they are to bbe commended. Keep it up!
