what do u expect when you put young,enthusiastic and friendly people to provide the service to the customers that too in the flying sector?
of course good results and an excellent reputation.

is what is special about jet airways,though i travel by economy class and theres just a lil problem regarding the space but it is compensated by the kind of service hat they provide right from booking of the seats to seeing the passenger off.
i always prefer to fly by jet.
