I flew Jet airways from Chennai to Bombay and then from Bombay to Trivandrum. Let me tell you, Jet airways is simply the best airline in India. It has great service, friendly flight crew and delicious food.

About the service: The ground personnel were helpful and not rude like Air-India and Indian Airlines. The modernity was amazing.

About the flight crew: Finally, an airline in India that treats ALL its passengers well, not just white/Caucasian passengers. Air-India and Indian airlines need to realize that the Indian passenger is the backbone of their business, and treating them like second class citizens is b.s.

About the food: Even on short flights of less than an hour, full meals were given!!
Enough said.

Finally, I heard that the stupid Indian bureacracy is delaying Jet Airways attempt to fly international flights. That’s a shame, as it is being done only to protect Air-India. If Jet Airways were allowed to fly internationally, look out! Air-India would either shape up or go bankrupt!

So please, next time in India, consider Jet Airways!
