I can say Jet is one of the best airline in India and is flying high day by day.Jet is one of the professionally managed airlines in India. These private airlines offers great alternative to our age old national carrier which our government has kept intact since its birth. Jet airlines look and feel also is very professional. The ground staff is polite and good. They are trained well to handle the passengers. The airhostess are also cheerful and helpful. I have traveled lot of time in Jet and also in other airlines. But as soon I step into this airline I feel a sense of international touch. The food is also good. I can say that Jet airlines is sure value for your money.

Customer Service
But I have experienced that their customer service and communication to the frequent passenger is not up to the mark. Few month before I traveled all the 4 metros Bangalore,Kolkatta,Chennai and Delhi on Jet airways. I traveled to and fro in Jet. There is a frequent flyers program which entitle a passenger to points if they traveled to certain hours. I was entitled to good points ( as I have traveled few more time),but due to lack of information I could not cash on it. I asked the customer service people that they should have information about the passenger in their record, but they denied. I suppose such large airline will be maintaining a database of each customer for few months. This is not professional.

Timings
There is a problem of continuing flight. I mean I was in Kolkatta coming back to Mumbai. And the flight was delayed for about 2 hours and it was almost 3 hours that the flight took off. On enquiring the Jet staff told me that the flight is coming from some other city and come to kolkatta and will move on to Mumbai. There was also no news paper of Mumbai edition on the flight
