well my first experience with Jet was when i was coming from chennai to bangalore. As usual im a late comer no matter how early i try to be, maybe im jinxed.....
My flight was at 6:20 and i had to be at the airport half an hour early. I woke up late and ended up missing the flight by only five minutes. I was so disappointed but the lady at the ticket counter gave me a smile and told me not to worry, she would re-issue a ticket for 9:00. i was happy and this time i vowed i would come early.
So i was prompt in time, passed to securty check and routine checkup. As soon as i entered the airlines, i was greeted by two flight attendants , one male attendant greeted me with a nice smile and addressed me as madame, of course everyone will feel happy if you are addressed with respect. He even showed me my seat and when he saw me struggling to put my bag in the cabin, he offered to help me.
.....that too by a handsome male attendant.
I ve always found that male attendants are extra nice to female passengers and vice versa.
Overall the service was good , and always with a smile.
service with a smile always tends to make another person happy.
The flight attendants addressed evry problem the passenger had and always with a smile.
When a person smiles at you , you feel good.
Business executive who have so many managment problems travelling on the flight feel relaxed and comforted when the flight attendant smiles.
oops i forgot the breakfast consisting of a nice doughnut, fruit salad and hot steaming coffee.
