When I booked my ticket through an agent, the agent left off my last name. Jet Airways refused to reissue the ticket without charging a 300pound fee which we got down to 130.

While a lot of people can argue it’s the agents fault, when I’m trying to resolve this the day before my flight Jet Airways could have simply waived the matter as it was an obvious human error.

For the food, if you’re a vegetarian but don’t like Indian food you might be in trouble as the options are european meat or indian vegetarian. I liked the Indian meal but my girlfriend wasn’t able to eat it.

Finally our in flight entertainment system didn’t work. Jet Airways did not allow us to upgrade seats since there were other seats available in the plane, even if we wouldn’t be able to sit together. I thought that was pretty silly so we went through most of the 10 hour trip reading.
