I flew from ewr to bom just a month back. Seats were good, food was good, but their entertainment system was worst. We did not able to
see anything in that flight, it was the worst experience you can have with no entertainment system. No move, no music, system were shutting down often.
And yes if you are traveling with infant, their bassinets are so small; they don’t have enough of them to provide. They advertise of 5 of them in our airline, but actually there were only 3. So two of them has to share it.
Imagine to share a bassinet with someone and have ur infant with you, how difficult its to travel.
Their stop over at Brussels was not pleasant.
