Let me share my latest flying experience with you. Last week I was asked by my boss to go to Bangkok for a two day official trip (For once I was asked to go to a regular

destination). Jet was the selected flight over Thai as timings suited me to the hilt. Take off at 1:05 am and reaching Bangkok at 6:55 am. So there I was at Indra Gandhi International Airport at 10:00 pm. After negotiating two long ques, one for entering the airport and other for security check for luggage to be check in. Fellow regular users of International Airport will acknowledge these two ques are swelling with each passing day. Airport authorities should do something about it. Anyways check in quiet efficient and smooth got my preferred window seat. Equipment used was a 737 – 800. Well three abreast seats on flight were quiet cramped. But as soon as we settled down a pillow and blanket was given which made it more cramped. But every seat had personal screen with audio video on demand. Good selection of programs included old and new bollywood movies, Hollywood movies, some Indian regional movies and Thai movies. Cabin crew was mix of Thai and Indians, attentive, pleasant, cheerful and had every quality of crew which you expected out of a flight staff of a world class airlines. While we were waiting for take off lemonade was served and some sweets were offered. Food was gastronomical delight with sufficient portions to satisfy the appetite of an adult (Very unlike Malaysian). After meals a fresh up pack was given to every passenger it included a eye band ( to catch up some sleep, a pair of socks, a toothpaste and tooth – brush). Very thoughtful, Man I was impressed. Reached Bangkok right on time and left plane as fresh as cucumber. Return flight was on same lines, everything in order, good food, Good in – flight entertainment system, pleasant staff and on top of it on time take off and arrival. In the end I recommend this airline to everyone who wants a world class service at a reasonable price. Unlike other Indian airlines which fly international it commands good respect from foreign travelers also. Now I am looking forward to my trip to London in September for which I have already decided that I will fly Jet. Kudos to truly world class Indian airline. Keep the good work going.
