 I have Travelled by almost all the existing airlines in India and in all categories but had never travelled by Jet untill a few weeks ago..and now that i have travelled, i know why is this airlines still the best.

I had a Bangalore-Delhi return flight. On 8th evening 4pm I had the flight from Bangalore. I reached the airport on time actually ahead of time fearing tha Bangalore Traffic. And as soon as I entered the airport gate and moved towards checkin a smiling lady stepped ahead and helped me with my checkin process. she checked my details on her PC and found out that i preferred window seats, and she din have one, she opologised profusely and assured me that she will try her best to get me that seat.
       The boaring was right time and we finally boarded the plane, and we had 4 very courteous crew members. And one of them came forward and finally got me the window seat.( Its not that this window seat is a big issue, but i am emphasizing this bcos it shows that they take care of their  customer to the minutest detail.) The plane took off on time, and probably this was the first time, i could clearly hear to what air hostess tried to say( I mean about the announcements they make). The food served was exellent. One Uncle seating next to me had almost eight glasses of juice, and the lady served all of them very politely. And then came the best part, The Inflight entertainment. This was really good , we had all shorts of programmes, music sports, comedy and a lots more, the best thing was that you could check where you you are flying right now. Though this feature is available only on a few sectors right now, this is great. The landing was very smooth.
  So if price is not the concern( Now a days they are also coming with some web fares which are as low as the no frills airlines), i would recommend this airlines to everybody.
