Flight delayed Jet kept us well informed by phone call / sms and  at the airport too. further delay due to congestion at mumbai aiport...tht goes without saying these days

8th in the queue for take off which meant a long wait on the taxi way.not the airline fault.

Cold towels and a variety of juices served,detailed safety instructions demonstrated.

Post Take Off
Menu cards distributed immediately,A variety of food to choose from.
I ordered the sea food meal,must say this was the most exotic Prawn Entree i have ever eaten the food was well presented on fine bone china,amazing passion fruit gateaux, cut fruits,chocolates and coffee served after the meal.

FA’s are  very attentive and service wasnt rushed .may be coz club class wasnt full..

Cockpit Crew made announcements during the flight.

Priority De-planing ,separate bus for Premiere passengers to be taken to the terminal.

Baggage was already on the carousel.

Bangalore Airport is a joke / disaster  whtever you would like to say

A few down sides with Jet’s business class,very little leg room.no onboard entertainment and the aircarfts now look a little worn out...

Otherwise Jet is top notch,reliable and yes they have the best FFP will choose to fly Jet Airways.
