This review for my last flight in Jet airways on 12 March from Pune to Delhi. Jet uses a fleet of boeing aircrafts for domestic routes and the Boeing 737 range of aircrafts feel extremely devoid
of space from inside. I usually prefer flying with airlines that operate Airbus fleet e.g Kingfisher, Indian for the simple reason that they feel more spacious and if by any chance u happen to sit towards the end rows the noise of the engine is not too much. The Boeing 737range has a very noisy pair of engines and my ears were aching as i got off at Delhi. My suggestion..... try flying operators that fly airbus aircrafts, if you must fly Jet or other boeing operators, DONT sit in the last bunch of rows.....Now-a-days all the airline operators display the aircraft type on the electronic tickets or while one is making the reservation online. All Airbus aircrafs would have an "A" as prefix for e.g "A320 or A321" all Boeing aircrafts would begin with the Number "7" for e.g "737-800, 747-800 etc"........ so make sure you choose the one thats easy on your ears........HEARD THAT :)
