JET AIRWAYS Review

Below I am going to attach my email conversation with Jet airways staff.
Even by repeatedly calling these guys were not giving me any words.

Email conversation

"I am following

up with disconcerting note about my case of refund. Till now I have not heard from Jet airways even by repeatedly reaching through emails and by calling helpline offices, as I was promised to be called back same day [25 May 2007].
I want to bring in your kind notice that merely refund at this stage is not acceptable. I am traveling these days to far east Japan/South korea on business trip and holding other international esteemed frequent flier gold memberships with Singapore airlines and American Advantage AA. My finding in your case is the worst experience. My international calls to my Bank and to reach Jet airways staff has given my lot of mental harassment, wastage of money, time to pursue and high interest rates of bank because of your culpable delay.

I am sure besides Jet airways will lose its committed customer, I also will never recommend any to travel on this airlines lacking fair dealings and causing harassments.

your actions are highly deplorable.

I would like if my above observations are placed before the authority sitting at helm of affairs.

I am constrained to write and complain to Jet airways this time as after completing 1 month I still have not revceived my refund.
Your action is highly deplorable.
Here are the details and my case which I want to bring in your notice;
I made booking from www.jetairways.com website on 25th April, 2007 for travel for date 26 Apr 2007 with PNR CSDHWT and E-ticket # 589 21 7266 5455 from BLR DEL sector.
Due to some exigency, i had to cancel the ticket same day. I received an email cancellation confirmation and Rs. 100 as cancellation charges.
But till date, a month has been passed and my bank statement does not show any refund.
Bank is charging me a high rate of interest on this and I am paying for no fault of mine.
I being a frequent flier, do not expect this from a so called esteemed airline agency for his potential customers.
Please dig into my data and take an appropriate action and suitable compensate me for what I paid to my bank for no fault of mine.
Please revert me asap for clarification and I do not hope to hear same ever in future.
