I have flown jet airways just once... and that was enough... It was a very short journey thankfully!! Actually, the fight to chennai was fine, but the return flight! Oh dear... we were there on time, checked in and were waiting around to board the plane. Once we boarded the plane... we were on the plane sitting there for over an hour. No A/C, refreshments, nothing.. HOT and UPSET... now that is not how you want your customers to feel!!!

hmmm.. i feel much better after that rant! Let me be fair... i think its great that ppl like jet are making it more economical for ppl to get about...but... any company cannot think of staying in business with this kind of lousy service... your business offering IS a service so be service oriented!

So take notes.. and get a little more efficient! The rating above... for puncutality... WHAT punctuality may i ask?!
