I have taken several flights by Jet Airways between Delhi - Mumbai and Delhi - Chennai. Fortunately for me it has always been a pleasurable experience.

To start with, Jet always informs its passengers through SMS about flight delays if any. This helps people to manage their time effectively and plan their travel to airport in a proper manner.

Their ground services are excellent. Their baggage screening is fast and proper, check-in is bit slow and there never has been a major delay in my flights, Passangers are continuously kept abreast of any problems related to weather, delays, etc. there are nice and proper facilities for disabled people with Jet ground staff always eager to lend a helping hand.

The flights themselves are a great experience. It has always been a smooth ride including take-offs and landing. In flight service is great. There are good caring flight attendents that serve you & let you enjoy the piping hot meal of your choice and are proactive. As a full service airlines, I believe that jet is doing a great job. Above all, I have never lost my baggage.

There is only one thing though that I miss in Jet flights. That is the absence of an in-flight entertainment system. In case of a long flight one tends to get bored because of this.
