Last autumn, I had a very bad experience with Jet Airways. I wanted to travel with Jet Airways from Kathmandu to Delhi. I was almost sitting in the (delayed) airplane when people from Jet Airways

told me that I cannot fly due to the following reason: I am going to miss my connecting flight to Europe. Big trouble was following including big extra payment for me (first, I had to apply and pay for an Indian visa and then was forced to buy a new ticket or otherwise accepting a delay of four days). Being finally back home with a delay of two days, I found out that there would have been enough time to get my connecting flight. Up to now, I am still waiting for an apology and refund from Jet Airways (the problem is that Jet Airways is sticking to Indian law and not European law; getting refund from a European Airline would have been no problem).
