The best in service, unbeatable, remarkable. My experience with Jet Airways has always been good. Whenever I have to travel the first name that strikes is Jet Airways and thats how I would want to fly....and who better than the King of SKY to reach my destination.

I remember I was travelling from Coimbatore to Chennai to Hyderabad in October 2004 and I was operated just a couple of days back in my stomach. While flying I was feeling very uncomfortable and the Flight Attendant took very good care.... I felt she turned from a Flight Attendant to a Nurse immediately...She asked me if i had my medicines... if i would want anything to drink or to eat...that was care taken to the core and I felt as if i was flying in my own home. Thats not all she made it a point to come and check me every 10 minutes...She stuffed some pillow like things to my back through which i felt so very comfortable. That was the most memorable flight I ever flew. I dont know whether that was a coincidence or what but the landings too were so smooth i never felt as if we landed...I get scared when the flight is about to land and I enjoy the take off’s the most. Well all this happened in the flight from Coimbatore to Hyderabad.

I had to change my flight in Chennai for Hyderabad. The flight had got delayed by 10 minutes to reach Chennai as the weather was not very good in Coimbatore. There was only 20 minutes difference between the flights and I was getting tensed as i felt that i would miss my connecting flight and i told this to the attendant. So I had only 10 minutes in hand to catch my connecting flight to Hyderabad. We land in Chennai and I was the first person to get off the flight and I was the only person in the shuttle which took me to the airport. As i was going for only 2 days I had nothing much to carry, i had only one handbag. I enter the airport and slowly and steadily reach the Jet Airways counter as I could not walk faster because of the operation. To my surprise the attendants in the counter immediately took my baggage on hearing my name and guided me to the exit counter. My baggage was placed in the shuttle by the attendant and I was whisked away to the Flight in a shuttle in no time....I was again all alone in the shuttle ;-). I reach the flight and I see a lot of attendants waiting near the stairs. One attendant took my bag as soon i got down the shuttle and held my hand...He helped me climb the stairs and made me sit on my seat. The flight was already delayed by 10 minutes.

I can never forget the hospitality that was extended to me... it was a pleasure travelling with Jet Airways.
